We do not sell Personal Information or share it with others for advertising purposes.

We do not process payment information. We tokenize credit card information immediately upon collection and send the tokenized information to a vendor who processes the payment on our behalf. We do not store encrypted or unencrypted credit card numbers.

Data Retention

We store information relating to the Site, including any Personal Information collected through the Site, in servers located in Pittsburgh, PA. Unless otherwise legally required, we will delete information after 7 years without further notice to you. We may therefore need to recollect Personal Information if you visit or engage with the Site after that.


We use reasonable physical, electronic and administrative measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized or unlawful access, use, loss, destruction or damage. For instance, to protect the privacy of all visitors to the Site, all sales transactions are encrypted with SSL (secure sockets layer) technology. The servers on which Personal Information may be stored are secured behind firewalls and require login credentials to access. When you access the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and consenting to receive communications from us electronically. Our products and the Site are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from, children under the age of 14. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 14 we will delete that information.   • Right to data portability: At your request, we will provide you with your Personal Information in a commonly used format.

  • Right to appeal: Virginia and Colorado residents have a right to appeal our decision regarding a privacy request if it is not provided within 45 days from receiving your request.
